Writing an export plan for Mextal BV. Mextal develops highly innovative domotic applications for care and home care at distance. This consists of a toolbox for personalising home care for older persons based on flexible infrastructure, hardware and software components fully open for other suppliers, as well as Mextal itself, to build upon.

Internship in Dusseldorf, Germany I have worked on an individual project in which I analyzed the possibilities for an extension to the Czech market for holiday homes.

Continuous improvement project about the potable water network. Project goal was to visualize 90 to 95% of the potable water network within the milk protein plant by using various tools such as Ishikawa, DMAIC, Kaizen and the Pareto-analysis.

A '5S' practical project as a part of the minor 'Continuous Improvement'. The project goal was to create a culture that maintains a safe, clean, organized and efficient workplace at the technical department. This is realized by using the 5S method (separate, sort, straighten, standardize and self-discipline) and other lean manufacturing tools such as Ishikawa, DMAIC, PDCA-cyclus, and a Kaizen event.
