In close collaboration with our Enterprise Architect, I am responsible for facilitating a more integrated, managed, and prioritised approach to our Integrated Genomic Surveillance (IGS) portfolio. This involves streamlining projects such as the German wastewater surveillance, the HIV, Tuberculosis, SARS-CoV-2, and other IGS solutions to enhance the development and compatibility of different solutions.

PhD Student in Genomic Surveillance integration, focusing on achieving interoperability between European, African and American Integrated Genomic Surveillance Systems designed for infectious disease surveillance using wastewater surveillance and other surveillance solutions. My goal is to create a globally connected network for sharing infectious disease data, and improving early response and warning systems.

My team and I are engaged in the implementation of a multi-site data self-service BI environment utilising the Tableau software. The objective of this data visualisation infrastructure is to facilitate more informed decision-making by our research groups, epidemiologists, engineers, scientists, publicists and political decision-makers through the use of interactive dashboards connected to live data sources originating from our portfolio of surveillance systems.
