• I closed the hotel in an orderly manner and handed its inventory over to the new tenant • I was able to motivate the team to stay on until closing and achieve the highest Gross Operating profit in the history of the hotel just one month before closing • I helped corporate office to work out a social security plan for all employees. 609 rooms, 3 ballrooms, largest venue size 2000 sqm2), Manila's most famous restaurant SPIRAL with 21 kitchen ateliers and 1000 covers a day. During my 6 months mission contract I had the task to improve the gross operational profit (GOP) by 25 %. Only with this prerequisite, the building owner would agree to extend the expiring lease contract for another 10 years. We successfully signed the contract extension on December 31, 2019. I liaised between building owner and Operator successfully.

General Manager of Sofitel Guangzhou. China. Flagship Luxury Sofitel in China with 500 rooms, 16 meeting rooms. 3 restaurants, one fine dining and 2 bars.• I increased the GOP by 12 % vs. 2016. The achieved GOP was the highest since the hotel opened and this helped to smooth complicated relationships between the owner and Accor China.

400 5 * hotel in Shanghai & 350 room resort hotel in Sanya, China • We achieved the budget 2015 (1st time since 2010). Due to this, the owner was willing to pay 3 months bonus to all employees. • We won the bid to cater the following events of note: BMW Golf Masters Shanghai, Equestrian tournament Shanghai, Curling Championship and German National Day Catering

Luxury 368 room MICE and Urban Resort Hotel. near Shanghai Hongqiao Airport • We were the first international hotel who built specific children playgrounds and facilities for different kid-age groups. This was the key reason to succeed to become the best urban family result around Shanghai. It resulted in a revenue increase of 40 % during the very important summer season in 2013 vs. 2012 • We got the precious “Traveler’s choice” award for Best Family Hotel from Tripadvisor in 2014
