Together with our dedicated, global Product Engine Team for Managed Service Programs (MSP), I am responsible for the following: - Establish and extend our target operating model (TOM) for MSP - Collect, document and share best practices for our service models - Develop compelling roadmaps and priorities for various product elements - Support existing Programs as well as Solution Design, Sales & Implementation with subject matter expertise

Delivering high-quality contingent workforce management to Switzerland's largest bank. - Lead the onsite team of Program Consultants - Oversee day-to-day operations: staffing external specialists through third party suppliers - Deliver consultative solutions to our client - Drive program evolution and service excellence
