Responsible for analyzing data and inputs, mapping processes using BPMN, optimizing current processes, and working with managers to remove bottlenecks. Test, monitor, and optimize systems, train and manage teams, and coordinate cross-functional projects. I have streamlined internal processes and eliminated redundancies in the order processing system, and successfully migrated a legacy system to semi-automated applications. My goal is to continuously improve business processes for organiztion's success.
