• LTE FDD optimization of Huawei radio network. • Maintain and improve main KPIs like RRC SR, ERAB SR, ERAB Drop Rate, Handovers, UL/DL Throughput, Volte KPIs, CSFB, SRVCC, etc. Daily monitoring, analysis and troubleshooting, worst cell optimization, layer balancing. • LTE/ VoLTE and SON (ANR/MRO) parameter tuning and feature activation trials. • DT analysis • 5G initial tunning (En-DC configuration, NSA PCC anchoring, dual connectivity and data splitting tuning for Option 3x)

• 3G/LTE optimization of Huawei & Ericsson radio networks; including KPI management, daily monitoring, troubleshooting, congestion handling, worst cell optimization, parameter audit • Proposing parameter tuning and feature activation trials. • DT optimization using Actix/MUSA. • Proposing new site plan based on coverage and capacity requirements. • IuPS/IuCS KPI monitoring and troubleshooting. • VIP Customer complaints handling.

• 3G optimization of Huawei radio network (more than 350 sites). • Parameter tuning, degradation analysis, worst cells troubleshooting, interference analysis and DT optimization. • Interaction with customer regarding network issues, parameter optimization proposals and trails. Presenting weekly reports to customer. • Regular audits (discrepancy check, neighbor audit, LAC island audit, power audit, etc.). • Developing scripts for routine tasks.

• Ericsson to ZTE swap project; sites initial tuning, baseline checking, post KPI monitoring and troubleshooting. • Single site optimization to achieve PAC (acceptance) targets. • Cluster optimization to achieve FAC (acceptance) targets. • Interaction with customer regarding parameter optimization/issues. • Vendors/sub-contractors management to achieve company targets.

• Providing RAN documents; HLD , LLD, RNC acceptance test procedure. • Preparing 3G/LTE LoMs and BoQs (Huawei/ZTE/Ericsson) and negotiation with vendors. • 3G BSS planning, RNC dimensioning , LAC planning, re-homes planning, RNC resources optimization. • Supervision of RNC installation, commissioning, integration and upgrades. RNC functionality and feature acceptance test approval, troubleshooting using RNC/NodeB signaling trace. • Remote integration of 400 ZTE sites to RNC using IuB over IP.

• KPI formula study and KPI matching between vendors. • Performance monitoring, analysis and troubleshooting of complicated cases using message flows and signaling via SPOTS (Siemens PM tool). • BSC/LAC border planning, dimensioning of BSS modules and interfaces. • Siemens/Alcatel Experience.
