Full finance responsibility (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash flow) for EMEA (Eastern Eurioe, Middle East, Africa and CIS). US$ 200 million in sales and 32% pre-tax income. Direction of 5 subsidiaries, 7 representative offices and 2 branches: responsible for financial reporting, accounting close processes, contract reviews, credit control, foreign currency exposure, revenue recognition, capital expenditures, investments and regulatory compliances.

Analyzed and validated monthly reporting of financial results of the EMEA (Eastern Eurioe, Middle East, Africa and CIS) and Latin America regions before submission to Corporate [SAP, BAAN, Hyperion]. Led the region’s budget, forecast, strategic planning and validated budgetary provisions with department managers [SAP BW, Cognos].

Fully assessed clients’ financial situation and presented various insurance, mutual funds and IRA option comparisons.

Provided financial statements analyses for a base of 3,500 applicants to assess their credit-worthiness.
