Coordinating JV planners of Marine, Civil and MEP disciplines during the preparation and tracking of detailed work schedule. Developing and implementation of company Project Planning Procedure and Progress Reporting procedure. Defining progress measuring system, liaise with client and consultant for the approval. Forming schedule of values from contract BOQ for the cost loaded schedule. Fact-finding and forensic delay analysis for extension of time (EoT) claims, quantification of delay and damages.

Coordination with engineering, procurement, civil and MEP disciplines for the preparation of master schedule. Completion of mobilization and detailed work schedule for the project utilizing WBS system with material and labor resource loaded. Coordination with related department’s staffs to receive daily site, HR and HSE reports. Preparation and submission of project daily progress reports. Updating work schedule, and preparation of weekly and monthly project progress reports.

Tracking of mobilization schedule and detailed work schedule. Revising work program and developing reliable schedule forecast with project management. Coordination with site staff to receive daily site reports. Preparation and submission of project daily progress reports to the main contractor. Preparation of interim invoices according to site progress and material procurement, and submission to the main contractor. Review and approval of subcontractor invoices.

Design calculation and quantity estimation of precast elements for industrial structures. Monitoring the site progress for the project of underground electrical utilities, and the project of precast protection fence installation for the roads from the snow. Preparation of interim payment applications with supporting documents and submission to clients. Negotiation with client representatives regarding the progress payments. Follow-up the payment certificates during the approval and payment stages.

Initiating, supervision and closing the construction project of regional roads. Management of surveyors and QC technicians during the supervision of the road works. Accomplishment of feasibility studies and quantity estimations for several road projects, and calculating the estimated cost prior to tender stage. Review and approval of contractor’s interim & final payment certificates in line with site progress and organization’s QA/QC procedure.
