In small projects I'm supporting the company mostly with IT know how (for example: creation of a complex Excel sheet with automations written in VB). Also my language skills where already helpful for industry-related researches in Spain.

It was my task to analyse the company and its departments to realise a feasibility study about the introduction of a document management system (DMS). Of special interest were topics like the flow of documents from one department to another, documents' history, responsibilities for documents' updates, keyword definition to search documents, etc.

Next to my Bachelor studies I worked for protop Real Estates. Mainly I did the all-day office work and helped the main administrator wherever they needed me. I also had my own big projects like the organisation of work shops and seminars for caretakers, the optimisation of operating costs, the planing of owners' meetings, district-heating projects, etc.
