• Manage projects from customer contracts to delivery through engineering and production. • Animate the customer relationship on the project. • Coordinate internal teams and sub-contractors to develop prototypes and to industrialize parts. • Apply GMP and ensure quality of project delivery with quality department. • Participate in the department process improvements and respond to Request for Quotation.

• Energy Major – Support the implementation of a new Project Portfolio Management tool following the merge of 17 engineering departments, including change management & communication, training, governance, and support organization. • Railway Major - Coordinate projects engineering activities with teams and subcontractors in Germany, Switzerland, and Italy. • Railway Major – Manage a customer project to lift outstanding reservations • Support to the company: management and tutoring of consultants, quotes.

• Analyze and update costs and budgets of global functions and shared services (IT, Management, Finance, Logistics…) and clarify variances in financial reports. • Produce a market study for a diversification axis: Internet of Things (IoT) applied to the monitoring of infrastructures (SHM - Structural Health Monitoring). • Review the corporate strategy in a teamwork for the SVP Strategy and Diversification.

Perform 7 general reviews of entities (including 4 Joint-Ventures), 10 operational audits (such as Company HSE policy, Technical group organization, Contractual liabilities set up, or Investigation) and 10 conformity audits (SOX Business and IT audits) - Perform risks analysis, issue recommendations and follow action plans - Debrief to management and write synthesis reports with executive summary

Manage 25 technical stops from pre-project to onsite supervision and commissioning including 2 major refits (20% production capacity increase each) up to 12 M$ - Lead international teams (up to 10) and challenge partners with high focus on HSE - Prepare and animate steering committees, planning and budget - Write or review technical specifications and pilot calls for tender and contracts

- Perform technical studies - Fulfil various positions onboard vessels
