• Product management: Gather requirements, competitive analysis to identify product enhancements for external solutions to HP printers products, Lead throughout the project, boost staff morale to keep up with challenging goals, develop product roadmap • Marketing support: Creation and evolution of marketing policies for the products, drive definition of marketing communication strategies, monitor the product success on the market, create co-marketing with technological partners, pre and post sales supports

• Ensure supply of a quality product meeting DP&P customer needs, tracking of performance of suppliers vs. goals • Gather voice of the customer and ensure feed-forward into future product definition, testing procedure changes, manufacturing process changes • Build and communicate product roadmaps and schedules • Responsible for Sales team support covering: marketing activities, trainings, technical support

• Manage the development of the printer communications modules • Deliver on time, for a deployment at the committed cutover date • Manage the teams, the cost, the schedule and the functional scope: ~6 people in a matrix organization, in 8-month timeframe projects.

• Research and development of a new payment Terminal: drivers development for smartcards, testing, qualifications, plannings with programmers and closely working with suppliers on manufacturing aspects • Project manager for the development of an application toolkit with 2 engineers under my responsibility and a development team in Germany (head office) • New products definition with Sales team, Marketing and Management
