Create and maintain customer relationship with SLA for Electronic Devices, Software and IT Support. Design and documentation of Local Area Network, Work Position, Rack Implementation, Security Devices, etc. Design and update existing infrastructure of LAN and IT devices to reach better performance. Installation and configuration of various electronic devices such as Servers, Workstations, Personal PC, etc. Clarification and training of customers on the use of various Software and IT electronic devices.

Installation and configuration of electronic devices such as Servers, POS, AIO, Thermic Printers, Routers, Pocket PC and more. Installation and maintenance of Data Copper Cable, Rack Cabinet, etc. Installation and configuration of software such as Windows , Microsoft Office, SQL Server etc. Customer training on electronic equipment management and control so that any problem could be solved as soon as possible. Frequently maintenance of electronic equipment such as Servers, PC, Printers, etc.
