• work with stores and help them to achieve Standards and Requirements; • manage enforcement challenges related either to store conditions or product quality; • manage EPW process; • manage legislation changes, inform and support related CE teams; • cooperating with local authorities to ensure that were up to date with all legislations; • manage internal Microbiological Testing of Stores and Products;

• translation of labels in accordance with law reguations; • quality monitoring of the existing groups of own brand products; • cooperation with UK Technical Managers to manage group of own brand products; • managing product related documents (Specifications, Labels, etc); • working in internal databases (scheduling product micro tests, product regular quality verifications, new product testing);
