Managed the installation of building facade for the new 14-story state of the art education building for the Columbia University Medical Center designed by Diller Scofidio + Renfro. Leading international project team through design assist phase of new 25 story mixed use residential and retail development designed by world-renowned architect Renzo Piano. Manage project from initiation through completion, including planning of supply chain and installation process.

Managed multiple projects throughout all phases, including day to day management, contract negotiations, managing change orders and claims, monitoring and managing project schedule, cost control and QA/QC requirements, project invoicing and securing payment, close-out and commissioning. Generated over $13 million in new work and secured new business opportunities by establishing contacts and sustaining long term relationships.

Successfully managed a variety of projects types, sizes and complexities up to $44 million. Gained superior skills in cost control, cost management and reporting using JD Edwards. Analyzed and optimized complex relationships among construction resources, including manpower, labor and equipment. Applied strong negotiation skills and interpreted project documents to mitigate risk and maximize opportunity.

Consultant to Port of Seattle Gained extensive experience juggling multiple tenant improvements and other small projects, including occupied facilities with precision, speed and efficiency. Developed complex construction plans and schedules around airport operations and revised as necessary to meet changing requirements.
