• Delivery of global transformation and change capabilities. • Design and implement governance frameworks, processes and controls.

• Define the portfolio plan for Sales based on inputs from COO, VP's and Sales Excellence Lead. • Manage the holistic execution of the portfolio plan in terms of money, time, quality, organization. • Ensure that the objectives, deliverables and milestones are met. • Perform program management (coordination and resource management) across the various projects within Sales Excellence International. • Ensure alignment between the related projects within the program.

• Setup Project Management Office, reporting and systems. • Responsible for transformational marketing, sales and business intelligence project & programs. • Develop Balance Scorecard European Operations.

• Improve customer service and logistical processes, tools and organization.

• Manage a high-volume automotive manufacturing plant. • Develop and lead continuous improvement in the production area. (lean, 5s, Kanban, kaizen, JIT). • Coordinate efforts with team leaders and liaison with customers on delivery • Manage all direct reports. Interface with HQ, tool shop & engineering. • Coordinate with VP on goals and strategic initiatives. • Manage the launch of new products (APQP) • Full responsibility for Profit & Loss and Balance sheet.

• ERP implementation. • EDI, electronic invoicing major accounts. • Setup HACCP and Quality Management. • Administrative organization integration. • Interface with external accountants for preparation of annual accounts. • Financial statement; Balance, P&L, forecasting, customer reporting.
