Responsible for customers Boeing, Airbus, Dassault and Defense products. Interface for the parts supplied between India and Germany from the Quality standpoint. Mediation of QM requirements to the special functions. Planning and execution of internal and external system, product and process audit as well as other quality requirements.

Responsible for RFQ’s and development of new vendors. Responsible to conduct POT (Potential analysis) audit at Suppliers location and ensure to get the new supplier on-board for Schaeffler. Co-responsibility for the selection and construction of new suppliers with regard to the requirements of our customers and our quality system. Conduct quality and escalation talks with quality problems and validating 8D reports once completed by the vendor and tracking the effectiveness accordingly.

Responsible for quality assurance activities. Liaison with Customer for Customer Rejects, 8Ds. Facilitating, participating and leading teams in activities such as MRB, internal sort /containment and controlled shipping.

Accountable for the management of quality requirements for assigned products, programs, and customers and closely worked onsite with Goodrich Lippstadt Germany. Handled Project Transition of Airbus-380/340 and Boeing 787 Programs from Page Aerospace (UK - Sunbury) and Airsigna (Germany - Bremen). Facilitated and coordinated with working groups for quality problems investigation using various methods of investigation like DIVE, 8D Reports and Relentless Root Cause Analysis (RRCA).

Conducted audits like Supplier Assessment, shop floor excellence and process control plan audit. Followed up with vendors (Global Suppliers) for Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) submission and educated Vendors with respect to usage of General Motors (GM) software tools.

Responsible to Initiate and update appropriate Process Flow Charts and Control Plan whenever there is a process change. Review of 8-D reports. Conduct product and process audit. Preparation of standard operating procedures.
