Manage RIM’s Turkey and southeast Europe sales operations. Responsible from different Carriers in 4 different Region. Turkcell and Avea have been 2 carriers as partners in BlackBerry solution and products. Coordination relations with handset management teams, sales channels (corporate,SME,Retail), manage all necessary trainings for sales reps, provide deep knowledge and benefits of BlackBerry solution to the carrier and carrier customers, manage different campaigns, sales promotions, offers etc.

Presales Turkcell's 10 Key Account Managers (450 Key Accounts) of different sales teams/regions. Attempting customer visits to explain technical information and clerify the project and proposal data's. Managing pricing model, finance model, proposal and contract.For special projects design the topology and maintain infrastructure/technology solution to customers. Report to first manager about sales group performance and coordinate relations with sales teams to follow up hot customers

Provide technical support to sales team and to authorized partners. Prepare proposals and/or quotations based upon technical specifications. Assist with, or give, technical training classes to direct sales force or partners. Join in project specific conference calls. Interface with engineering teams to provide quality and correct responses to technical questions. Validate and approve on-line generated design configurations.
