Leading a team of control systems / commissioning engineers and electrical hardware designers Organization of work: resources planning, cooperation with administration and human resources departments. Project management. Projects carried out in Poland, Germany, China, USA. Liaison with customers, sales support. Involved in the recruitment process. Development of Software for PLC controllers (Siemens S7-300, Safety Integrated) for CMRs from automotive industry. Commissioning of programmed machines.

Coordination of Service for Poland. Execution and performance the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of products and equipment. Identification, analyze and repair product failures and replace parts as needed. Processing orders for spare parts.

Development of Software for PLC controllers (Siemens, Schneider Electric), HMI devices (WinCC Flexible) and industrial robots (6 axis - ABB) for automotive companies (FORD, Volkswagen, GETRAG). Commissioning programmed machines at our customer's facilities. Software (PLCs, robots, HMIs) and electrical customer support during test and planed productions (maintenance team member). Faults finding and reduction of production cycle times. On site electrical and software modifications.

Control systems design, selection of automation components, budget calculations, preparation of technical documentation, order processing. PLC programming (Siemens S7-300), SCADA applications development (Wonderware InTouch), report and logging applications development according to customers requirements (C# + ADO.NET, Access, MS SQL Server). Commissioning of designed systems, maintenance of existing installations (improvements, preventive maintenance, diagnostic, repairs).
