• Benchmarking - comparison of emission characteristics to competitive set of vehicles, car instrumentation, car dyno cell testing, engine parameters analysis, parameters reporting to Research Engineers. ATS & calibration solution proposals.

• Ford suppliers support to meet Ford standards & milestones. Work quotation, CAD documents creation, data management.

• Production transfer from KYB Spain to a KYB Czech Republic. Managed product specifications, Quality Audits & SOP of struts & shock absorbers for TPCA (Toyota & Peugeot & Citroen Automotive), Renault Slovenia & Magyar Suzuki. • Process planning & production support. • Liaison with customers, KYB Japan, and KYB Spain.

• Managed development stages, SOP & manufacturing of struts & shock absorbers for Toyota SUV, pick-up & mini-van platforms. • Prototype design, drawings, BOM, part evaluation (MTS bench testing, ride tuning, process planning & production support. • Dealt with suppliers, customers, and KYB headquarter in Gifu, Japan.

• Collected master packages from Ford (US) and Mazda (Japan) • Updated digital car prototypes for 16 platform variants. • Troubleshot BOM and Packaging issues and feedback results to engineering.

• Exterior & interior lights - iterated on design with feedback from the design studio, packaging and manufacturing engineering, prototype builds, SOP.

• Powertrain Engineering Tool (PET) project - team member. • Developed software which automatically generated engine CAD models from user's design criteria.

• Implemented SAP RM-module (material flow, plant level stock evaluation, freight and supply invoices, and annual inventory) for inventory in VW plants. • Personal responsibility for Skoda integration into VW concern (VW, Audi, Skoda, Seat) purchase system.
