In 3 months, we trained over 500 staff, using principles of ‘lean innovation’ and created a pipeline of concept projects to be developed in house. **The program was deemed a success and gained backing from the board for a repeat in 2016**

Developed skills in market research, commercial modelling, segmentation, strategic marketing, proposition development, digital product development. Delivered new biz targets representing 20% of total Bow & Arrow revenue (£1m project revenue).
