* Managing local web projects * UI prototyping * Managing of new workplaces for operators in remote and local Call centers. Support of the entire cycle of the opening contact centers. Solving whole tech issues during the Call Center opening stage * Procurement and repair of equipment. Planning equipment purchases. Managing planned replacement of obsolete equipment (600 work's places in Dnipropetrovsk, 600 work's places in the remote locations)
