- Implementation, support, training of diverse processes in ServiceNow. - Responsibility for development of modules: Contract management, Problem management, Request fulfillment, CMDB, Customer satisfaction survey, ACLs. - Maintenance of interfaces with other systems (SOAP/REST). - Performance of tests. - Creation of solution outlook and estimation for new requirements

- Responsible for configuration of the ServiceNow system. - Development of ITSM processes: Incident, Request and Problem - Performing solution estimation and implementation of procurement process, asset management and configuration management database. - Ensuring communication channel between User and Service Desk with the help of Scheduled jobs, Flows, Email Inbound actions. - Further optimization of ServiceNow Mobile App. - Adjustment of ServiceNow Next Experience CSM Workspace and FSM module

- Responsible for maintenance of the ServiceNow System and ensuring operative operation of ServiceNow instance. - Further development of Request fulfillment processes and configuration of the Service Portal. - In charge of training instance construction and performing user trainings with creation of corresponding documentation - Design of test cases and automatism of testing processes. - Build connection to external systems and monitor of the same.

- Participation in implementation of ERP software-solution in domain of account statements, general ledger and asset management - Capturing customer requirements on location. Writing technical specification. - Responsibility for performing system-tests. - Consult, support and doing end-user training.

- Maintenance of different financial systems to meet customer needs - Cooperating in financial project of dividend payment to shareholders - Responsibility for licence management and collecting and analysing data for procurement sector - Close cooperation with internal project teams in order to meet requirements and adjustements in the domain of human ressource, material management and finance. - Responsible for mass data processing and imports. - Technical support of business and system support.

Making reports and queries using advanced knowledge in Excel, Access, SQL, Sharepoint.
