The company was founded as a "companion business" to Mortgage Relief Services, LLC. Intuitive provides loss mitigation services to commercial banks and lenders throughout the country in effort to facilitate liquidation of outstanding non-performing assets.

Mortgage Relief Services, LLC is a partnership between Somerville, NJ born entrepreneur, Brian Riccioni and Matthew Raia, Esq., a well seasoned, savvy real estate attorney. The company was founded to provide loss mitigation and loan modification services to homeowners throughout the country whom are currently in, or facing foreclosure of their real estate owned.

Brian Riccioni founded The Intrasure Group to provide profoundly profitable group owned life insurance programs to U.S. based corporations, charitable organizations, and commercial banks. This was done in reaction to federal legislation passed in August of 2006 (The COLI Best Practices Act), which regulates this business "niche".

Founded this multi-branch, multi-state, residential mortgage banking firm. Recruited management team, established underwriting guidelines, sales training program, strategic alliance with multi-branch publicly traded bank and engineered growth of company from start-up to $300MM in annual closed loan volume; before being bought out in 11/06.

Co-founded this real estate development / investment firm which purchased, renovated, & sold distressed 1-4 family residences. Synergy also purchased vacant land and oversaw sub-division efforts which ultimately derived greater value by then selling buildable lots to area home builders.

Founded this full service title insurance agency / real estate settlement provider, in partnership with Hunterdon County, NJ based $500MM asset, publicly traded commercial bank. Recruited management team and oversaw business development aspect of business, prior to selling operation in 8/04.

Co-founded this upscale, luxury lifestyle magazine dedicated to professional athletes. Commissioned industry specific consultants, co-ventured with advertising sales group, to ultimately launch publication at 2002's Super Bowl and at Shaquille O'Neal's birthday party held at Los Angeles, Ca's Playboy Mansion
