Consolidating yearly budgeting activities within supply chain department. Supporting cluster affiliates in terms of entire supply chain activities and directly reporting to operational center in Switzerland about supplier allocation activities in the responsible cluster, being in a part in the decision maker side.

Responsible for the supply of the brand specific fine paper group. Ensuring the right balance between speed and cost-efficiency in supply chain activities. Establishing the Economic order quantity structure for fine paper group & printed items and strictly follow up through out the year. Performing and monitoring all the transactional activities related to purchase orders.

Analyzing the piece cost of the purhasing parts, creating the cost reduction ideas and preparing the financial reports of the current vehicles are the main responsibilities. Additonaly, visiting the suppliers, examining the manufacturing processes and detecting the cost opportunities are the other responsibilities.
