Write books, articles, and other publications that inform and empower people to live healed and whole lives. Facilitate and instruct classes and other small groups regarding spiritual and faith-based topics. Convene networks of people and organizations to further their visions and goals. Provide strategic planning and project management consultation for small to mid-sized organizations.

Designed, directed, & implemented full scope of activities related to all phases of TCWFI’s work including strategic planning, evaluation, and sustainability. Ensured fiscal responsibility for the management of multi-million dollar budget for TCWFI and its incubated programs. Among major achievements-$1.2M renovation of 10K sf of office space.

Held several leadership positions with increased responsibility over five years with one of the largest congregations within the UMC. Managed administration, including a half-million dollar budget, for one of Ben Hill’s largest departments. Major general responsibilities included ministry visioning, long-range planning, and worship design/implementation. Managed audio/visual department, including retail sales, part-time staff (3) and volunteers (15).
