Responsible for the product life cycle management. Created product vision and managed product development guidelines from customer requirements gathering to product specification and realisation. Played an integration role between Development, Sales, Consulting, Marketing departments and customer requirements.

Created and managed product requirements for SAP’s high-tech Supply Chain Management customers. Worked collaboratively with development team to support product specification realization and integration between R/3 and New Dimension products.

Led the “Visual Protocol and Modeling” project, which entailed the development of a Java-based visual protocol for supply chain event management and coordination, with the role of business analyst and solution designer. The aim of the project was to prove the capability of Java as a development language for enterprise applications.
