    Requested by World Vision to return to Chad and lead a team to save a badly damaged Country Program. This is comprised of projects in Nutrition, Water & Sanitation, Education and Health with HIV/Aids prevention as well as Malaria Prevention with a budget of $7.7 Million Dollars for 40,000 sponsored children. Achieved the teamwork necessary to put in place the systems and projects needed to get a Go Decision from the World Vision International Head Office to save the Chad Country Program from being closed.

    In charge of directing a 16 million dollar program with five bases in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Securing and Managing Grants from UNICEF, The Swedish Government, US Department of Labor and other Bilateral Organizations. Instituted a Master Budget process for a clearer picture of costs associated with the overall program that had not been in place previously. The result showed a program roughly six million dollars in debt and so a process to downsize and save the country program was instituted.
