Responsible for the product development of after treatment SCR tank systems, fill pipes, and supply lines for North American and European diesel vehicles in order to comply with governmental emission regulation requirements. Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams from both internal GM and supplier sources, manage project timing and scope, and generate solutions for product environment interfaces.

Exterior accessories product development for global markets, including Assist Steps, Running Boards, and Mud Guards. Analyze accessory offering and cost drivers to complete business case comparatives and provide advice on design strategy for sustainable and profitable products.

-Consulting in the operation and maintenance of industrial bake ovens by setting up parameters to improve baking quality, productivity and oven performance. -Project management in the installation of a 1M BTU oven from foundation through commissioning, until start of production. Main goal to schedule work packages to keep project on time using limited resources.

Advance engineering of a commercial vehicle door trim panel, in the last prototype phase, injection molded and stamped components including their attachment scheme.

Analyzed assembly tolerance stack ups and redesigned closed crankcase ventilation filters and air filters.

Performed early design feasibility analysis of instrument panel covers, developed their attaching schemes and resolved A-class surfaces die draw issues.

Coordinate and track activities to ensure on-time project completion while meeting scope and budget. Evaluated component dimensional reports and supplier process capabilities as member of sourcing committees. Advance engineering design, focusing on DFM&A and reuse, of injection molded and stamped components. Tolerances stack up analysis and redesign of components and subassemblies. Designed IP cluster’s bezels, covers, light guides, dials, and pointers; including class-A surfaces modification.

Designed and developed automotive body interior and exterior plastic components including fascias, grilles, air distributors & trim plates based on corporative design specifications and guidelines. Created criteria sections and envelope zones, and evaluated and modified class-A surfaces.
