The main responsibility is to provide troubleshooting to customers’ issues and requests with direct communication in English and service platform monitoring and service change requests.

Achieve and maintain the high quality of performance of the 2G/3G and 4G radio network for Orange Spain. Provide technical support and daily check of the network performance to improve the quality of services such as calls and internet connection. Maintain good relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance. Recommending technical solutions to improve or enhance their IT infrastructure. Installation, configuration, and maintenance of network equipment and software (e.g., Celiveo software, HP printers, routers’ Cisco)
