Inspection of products and communication of results detailing errors, failures and non-conformities. Performing root cause analysis of detected failures and developing corrective actions, using 8D methodology. Maintaining ISO 9000, 9001, AS9100, EASA 145, 21J/G documents in manufacturing facilities to comply with applicable regulations. Compliance with applicable standards. Development of process Q-Texts to standardize procedures and techniques, in the database unsing OP3 SAP

Technical support according to customer requirements. Monitor service improvements by identifying patterns and opportunities for improvement, improving processes and systems at customers using CRM (SAP & ORACLE)

Operating accounts, personnel and product costs and hiring, internal audits with the suppliers to carry out a quality control of the products provided by them and to have a control of all the necessary requirements of each supplier.
