Bachelorthesis: “Identification of two O-glycan modifying methyltransferase in Tannerella forsythia” -Created the knock out cassettes for the methyltransferase using overlap extension PCR -Verified the correct position of the knock out cassettes through SDS-PAGE, western blot and mass spectrometry

-Analyzed meat samples with soxhlet extractor and determined if the nitrat level was above the legal limits. If it was the case, the meat product was removed from the whole county market -Conducted chemical(pH, nitrate, sulfate) and microbiological analyses for the town´s drinking water
