Pet Anjo is a SaaS marketplace for pet services I founded. It is a complete app and web platform solution for professionals in over 300 Brazilian cities. It also qualifies pet professionals on animal care. In the first five years, it delivered over 200k services and worked with over 10k businesses partners, with a 4.8 rate customer experience. While I was the CEO, it achieved over US$700K in investment and bought a competitor company. The company continues to thrive in the Brazilian market.

- Represented a North American and a Canadian company in Brazil, organizing training events and coaching professionals and pet owners. - Consulted for pet market brands as well as media in general (TV, radio and magazines). - Managed behavioral cases involving human-animal relationship. - Attended various events in the USA and Canada for my professional training, networking and market research. - Created a You Tube channel, now with 98k followers: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UabY9AfO3po, and a Blog.

- Supported business development of the 3 main Pharma customers, coordinating trainings for a team of 25 external sales and merchandising stakeholders, assuring brand positioning and in-store visibility. Coordinated meetings and team communication, reporting project’s results. - Managed forecast, sales and health care data analyses (IMS, Nielsen, sales, prices and others) based on KPI’s, and payment of merchandising bonuses. Kept internal and external stakeholders informed.

EJAV (Junior Veterinary Consultancy Firm) at the University of São Paulo is a consultancy and events company supervised by university professors. As the president, I led the company's team of 20 members through culture, and goal development. Fostered partnerships, actively seeking new growth opportunities with consulting projects in restaurants, farms and pet related business, securing an award for most prominent organization within Faculty.

Collaborated on three consulting projects for livestock and pet companies focused on improving their KPIs and team training. Contributed to organizing more than ten events in the University.

I've started studying for my second bachelor's degree in Psychology, together with the Master's Degree also in Psychology. I dropped the course to open my startup.

Researched the interaction between dogs and humans during animal assisted interventions in São Paulo area, examining dog's behaviors and stress through hormone and behavior analysis. Also proceeded several behavior tests in dogs, with the objective of becoming closer to an objective method for dog's selection for human-animal interventions. June - Oct 2012: organization of the 1st International Symposium on Animal-Assisted Activities/Education and Therapy (SINTAA).
