I am responsible for the entire user experience of the online store and apps. I manage and write requirements for development, user and A/B tests, evaluate Google Analytics data and use Microsoft Clarity to keep an eye on the entire user journey. I proactively report insights and suggestions for action to my superiors. In close collaboration with product owners and developers, I manage features from idea to live go-live. I train employees and junior designers in various areas.

My core area and responsibility was customer processes and customer communication in connection with the shop platform, mail routes, chatbot, customer account up to the checkout. Here I was responsible for the UX concepts and implementation based on the business goals. I also was involved in the new modular design system

I was responsible for the design of netzn.de and led a design team of four. I did concept, wireframing and design. I created the base of the new netzn brand and the design guide. I focused on usability and user feedback and made the topic more accessible for my teammembers.

I helped design a local mobile chat app and illustrated individual icons. I also initiated the redesign of the corporate website and a new employer branding section.
