Financial Accounting: • Interest, depreciation, accruals schedules; • Intercompany reconciliations and settlements; • Preparation of annual accounts • Yardi and interface testing Controlling: • Review of data provided by the property managers; • Liquidity management; • Management reports; • Audit process

Department Investor Services, OEIC and SICAV Funds • Main contact for institutional investors, brokers, fund managers, lawyers • Queries relating to dealing, payments, tax, statements and NAV

• Finance and accounting department • Calculation and analysis of KPIs.
