- Develop of full scale project plan. - Implement Scrum Methodology to keep track of the team's deliverables. - Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders. - Review high‐level deliverables across the project, manage scope and mitigate risks. - Involve all Department of Education’s key staff at various stages of the project. - Map out leadership and curriculum benchmarks in the city’s existing seven hour schools.

- Interview principals, teachers, parents and students from five Schools of Tormorrow in Rio de Janeiro. - Deliver a quantitative data report of each school. - Deliver a written report of qualitative data of each school.

- Plan and execute of Gestão para Resultados (Management for Results) seminars for state supervisors and high school principals from seven Brazilian states. - Develop mid-term evaluation of Gestão para Resultados (Management for Results) seminars, in order to receive feedback of the project’s implementation process, identify adaptation needs for different environments and foresee obstacles. - Identify, monitor and mitigate risks throughout the implementation process.

- Develop, implement and monitor project plans, in accordance with the Institute’s strategic plan. - Research coordination: surveys on quantitative and qualitative data throughout the implementation process, analysis of results and followup. - Budget monitoring. - Develop sub-projects as solution for the project’s implementation obstacles. - Monitor and evaluate of Tecnologia de Gestão Escolas (School Management Technology) implementation process in GECs.

- Evaluate the project’s implementation process. - Coordinate two focus group researches at the Parque da Cidade community. - Develop communication strategies for the project’s stakeholders. - Monitor the project’s Schedule.
