- Identify investment opportunities - Structures financing for Renewable Energy projects in South East Europe and the European Neighborhood Region The Green for Growth Fund (GGF) - The purpose of the Green for Growth Fund, is to broaden the financing base of energy efficiency and renewable energy investments in Southeast Europe, including Turkey, in the European Eastern Neighborhood region, and in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA).

- Led asset’s valuation for merger and acquisition (M&A) deals for small and large hydropower plants. > Structured and executed debt project finance transactions. > Created and kept updated the financial models related to the deals. > Advised deals such as: wind power plants, toll roads and the Olympic Games 2016 Park in Rio de Janeiro. - Provided financial advice to project’s sponsors in infrastructure tenders related to: > Renewable energy > Toll roads > High-speed train

Conducted analysis of green field projects for private equity investment, including market study, shareholder’s agreement, valuation of the project and its potential risks.
