Managing complex scheduling requirements, facilities requirements, candidate travel and have an eye for details. Handle key administrative processes through the recruiting process, third-party background check initiation and tracking. Manage communication between candidates, managers and recruiters during the hiring process.

I have been handling administrative tasks, as due bills and service appointment schedule. Daily customer contact through telephone, e-mail and meeting customer at the front desk in a high level. Starting with a small staff in our new service center I have been needed to work independent and been able to handle large amount of work all by myself. I have reached out of my position and stepped up as a Service Advisor and Parts Advisor in combination to my role as Service Concierge when required.

My responsibilities and duties consisted of sales, customer service, customer contact by phone/mail, delivery of repairs and cleaning. Have gained good product and trade knowledge.

My main tasks were to ensure the safety on board. Keep a good, fast, and efficient service. The position demanded me to have very flexible working conditions.
