Responsible for setting up and management of the FM services related to industrial facilities. Project management of construction activities for industrial development projects.

Responsible for the overall management and supervision of construction activities for an 18,000sqm office development project. Responsible for QC of the FM services ensured by the company to several office buildings.

I was responsible for business development and operational activities of the company in Romania. Detailed tasks includes: developing contacts and partnerships, identifying potential jobs and clients, setting up, planning and monitoring live and prospective projects, develop and promote marketing materials, localise management systems and procedures, advise on local methods and requirements.

I provided operational management for projects developed in CEE locations. Assumed complete responsibilities for projects delivery, monitoring design and construction, providing leadership and management to project teams. Detailed tasks: definition of concept design and delivery strategies, definition of budgets and schedules, staff training and recruitment, monitoring commercial aspects, implementation of procedural systems and methods, adherence to H&S standards, identify & distribute lessons learnt.

I provided management consultancy for construction activities worldwide, working within Saint Gobain Gypsum Eng. Dept. Responsible for monitoring the newly built manufacturing facilities; main task was to identify, develop and implement solutions to improve and optimise delivery of projects, reducing budgets and timescales. I created and successfully implemented systems, guidance documents and practical methods, dedicated to design consultants and project management teams.

I provided guidance and support to project team in relation to site management activities, management procedures and methods, management of contractors, adherence to health and safety standards, client relationships and other areas critical for timely and successful project completion, at this Cigarettes manufacturing facility project for Philip Morris.

I provided a variety of services including construction project management, property development and acquisition, to several local projects and clients. I participated in business development activities and marketing development. For specific projects, I developed management systems and commercial documentation, participated in tender and procurement activities. I provided technical due diligence and consultancy in relation to a real estate acquisition.

Responsible for the management of site activities at this manufacturing facility project for Philip Morris; the 75,000m2 project comprised production facilities, warehouses and offices. I provided leadership and management to project team and contractors in relation to design and construction activities, budget and schedule adherence, H&S standards implementation and compliance, commissioning and handover activities. Co-ordinated the various interfaces between construction and manufacturing actitvities.

Seconded to GSK-EPH Eng. Dept., responsible for the overall construction management activities at this Pharma project for GSK- EuroPharm. In conjunction with GSK board and project team, I provided management to various projects including production facilities, office and amenities buildings. Responsible for planning and budgeting, design definition and development, procurement and commercial activities, construction development within quality and EHS requirements, adherence to budget and schedule targets.

Responsible for the overall management of site activities at this Pharmaceutical manufacturing facility project for GSK- EuroPharm. I provided management and supervision to project team and contractors in relation to design and construction activities, including adherence to schedule and budget, implementation and compliance of H&S standards, compliance to GMP and clean rooms quality requirements. Held legal responsibility as Diriginte santier for quality of the civil / structural / architectural works.

Responsible for managing the CSA activities on site, on the Cigarettes manufacturing facility project for R.J. Reynolds (JTI). Ensuring contractor’s compliance to quality and H&S standards, adherence to schedule and budget. Reesponsible for commercial management and reporting for specific project areas. Responsible for co-ordinating interfaces between construction and manufacturing activities. Direct responsibility for project close out and compiling the as built documentation.
