MISSION: --> Responsible for the small mechanical handling tyres segment : XZM, XZR (forklift trucks, airport vehicles...) --> Support developer for other segments : X-Straddle 2, X-Crane +, XAD65... TASKS: --> Lead the whole development process : project management. --> Technical definition of the product: CAD, FEM calculations, tests and analysis --> Optimize serial tyres --> Develop conception rules --> Development of energy consumption and comfort test methods

My job consisted in conducting the industrialisation of new alternators from the design to the serial production. This implies: - Validation of required milestones according to the Valeo project management method. - Close cooperation with R&D, process and production teams to solve the production problems. - Full day run production, DFMEA analysis, etc.

The project consisted in the rehabilitation of a public housing residence in Pierrefitte sur Seine (near Paris). - In situ measures to check and detail old plans - Based on these measures, reckoning of the needs of the building site - Prospecting, price study and negotiation. - Launch of the work in a test flat

The purpose of this project was to limit the wait time in the park as well as increasing visitors’ satisfaction (confidential). It involved the complete design of a program that could forecast wait time, return optimized itineraries and help people finding what attractions suit them best. - Coding of Java classes - Statistics - Teamwork with 5 other students - The project was distinguished with “felicitations du jury” (congratulations of the board of examiners of Centrale Lille)
