The responsibilities ranged from marketing research, strategies and communication to web design, e-commerce, public relations and IT. I was responsible for the marketing communication, handled the online media section as well as the web design. I developed and produced print media like brochures, posters and other marketing tools. I also created marketing and sales strategies for the market in Indonesia and was responsible for the attendance of exhibitions and the establishment of new partnerships.

Improve the Guest Satisfaction and act as a Guest relation officer. Establish relationships to customers, act as sales executive. Get insight into the complexity of leading a Hotel and the different depatments.

Administrative tasks. Build relationship with customers, especially with foreign customers. Act as customer consult and Sales person.

Study abroad as an exchange program from the Hochschule Bremen.The focus is to learn about the culture and different habits in the emerging economy and to learn how to handle different cultures and problems that may occure during doing business between different nation.

The Degree Programme combines the disciplines of international & intercultural management. The mix of subjects, the structure of the course and the language skills teach students how to take on economic, environmental, political and cultural responsibility in different cultural situations.
