Manage customer portfolio consisting of Automotive OEM, Tier1’s and Service Center with approx. 20,000tons volume p.a. (equivalent of approx. €65m turnover p.a.) o Develop account strategies and lead their execution o Prepare and negotiate large multi-year deals with highly experienced procurement counterparts o Leverage Solution Center, Development Team, Sustainability Experts etc. to create new customer opportunities and work up the hierarchy in various departments

Manage Customer Service Representative (CSR) Team for Novelis Europe’s Automotive German OEM portfolio o Lead and develop CSR-Team with 10 employees in 2 locations o Encourage a customer oriented function within the Team o Manage the Order-to-Cash process o Regulate the dialogue with customers o Track and manage customer complaints o Act as escalation level in case of delivery problems and delays o Manage delivery claims and credit notes o Inventory management o Safety stock level / FiFo / aged inventory

- cash and liquidity management for 12+ entities in 5 countries - lead treasury operations; foreign exchange & metal risk trading - semi-monthly cash flow forecasting - Corporate Finance: intercompany loans, deposits, letters of credit, short-term borrowings, operating leasing - european lead for Compliance with treasury operations and transactions; SOX & Audit

- Credit decisions - Monitor credit risk development and KPIs (credit exposures, limits, insurance cover, overdues, DSO) of the customer portfolio. - Define and analyze customer exposures, analyze creditworthiness - Lead local credit staff: Train and develop local credit and collections personnel - Preparation and analysis of customer meetings in regard of financial situation - Overdue management and reporting; blocking & unblocking of orders - credit insurance administration
