1.Performing drive tests using TEMS tools 2.Analysing the parameters and features at network level and implementing the changes to improve network performance 3.Planning Frequencies for new sites, cell additions and tranceiver unit additions by using related tools 4.Providing support with the customer in their new roll-out plan to determine where new sites should be installed 5.Monitoring whole network performance by using related tools and taking necessary actions when needed.
