The schedule for my final year project spans 24 weeks, following the DMAIC methodology: Conducting continuous improvement projects and 5S initiatives to solve complex problems in the cleanroom (Production workshop for kits and consumables). Identifying trends, improvement opportunities, and non-compliance areas. Revising assembly steps for semi-finished (SF) and finished products (FP) and updating production files, including master plans and assembly instructions, while managing non-conformities.

Utilization of advanced diagnostic tools to identify machine weaknesses and enhance its performance, Analysis of Schlauch Product Consumption using SIPOC and MAP Process.
