Lead the Global BCS PMO & LQA team and continiously improve the role considering all aspects of a professional PMO to ensure successful and excellent program launches. • Define, maintain and continiously improve Standards, Procedures, Guidelines, Methods and the global BCS Program & Launch Management software • Development of competency standards, training and support to cross-functional program teams • Review/control and analysis of the program status • Establish regular and accurate program reports

Lead the Global BCS Launch Quality Assurance (LQA) team and define, continiously improve and implement all business processes, tools & methods related to launch management. * Monitor, analyze and improve the launch performance of all programs globally and ensure a flawless product launch. * Perform Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) assessments and track corrective actions to support flawless launch and early warnings.

Definition and establishment of a new BCS Launch Quality Assurance department, which is constantly able to monitor & analyse & improve the launch performance of all programs globally * Define, develop and implement an APQP assessment process to establish a standard method for evaluation the program readiness status and to promote discipline in the associated Product Launch Management Process. * Continuous improvement of product launches and associated launch quality business processes and standards

Lead the local Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) team with their responsibility for tracking and monitoring the elements and status of APQP to prepare and ensure the successful Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) / Production process and Product Approval (PPA) submission for multiple BCS manufacturing locations in Europe.

Track and monitor the elements and status of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) to prepare and ensure successful Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) / Production process and Product Approval (PPA) submission with the aim of obtaining the customer's product & production release on time. This also includes the preparation and support of customer launch readiness audits.
