Leveraging my leadership and coaching skills, I am fully accountable for major retail store online sales processes and day-to-day operations including company vision, long-range strategic planning, product management, and sales efficiency processes. It’s on me to strengthen the organizational structure, oversee major personnel decisions, and perform monthly financial evaluation of company results. I deliver cross-functional management and lead efforts to recruit, develop, also serve as Head of Compliance.

I assisted with developing and implementing goals that enhanced and maintained the optimum skill level of individuals with varying support needs. During my internship with ProSports Physical Therapy, I provided effective support to Physical Therapists while observing patients during treatment to compiled and evaluated data on patient responses and progress, and report to physical therapist. I also educated patients by demonstrating proper use of equipment and exercise routines. Key Contributions: Spearheaded efforts to create effective therapy plans.

Earlier in my career I developed procedures and action plans to help the sales team optimize sales and keep their focus on customer service.In this role, I facilitated a workplace culture that drove team members to excel by effectively influencing key stakeholders of the organization and motivating employees. I also enhanced customer and end-user satisfaction and delivered sales growth in a challenging market environment. Ranked as one of the top 5 sales people for 3 continuous months.

As a player/coach of the South Brisbane Wildcats, I built a championship winning football team by guiding all tasks covering recruiting, player development, sponsorships, and physical/mental conditioning. I also coached student-athletes on the fundamentals, scheme, and individual technique for their mental/physical development. Key Contributions: Earned Defensive Coach of the Year award. Earned Defensive Player of the Year award. Earned Most Valuable Player award.
