• Manage SAP BW group close and SAP EC-CS group consolidation support teams of 3-6 members ensuring that the systems and teams were prepared to support the group close • Partner with business customers to identify and implement business requirements • Manage outsourced group IT supplier resources to ensure delivery of IT services • Coordinate and work with internal/external IT Auditors & internal helpdesk

• Responsible for all aspects of the global OFA application and the supporting team of 2-4 members plus occasional consultants • Oversee and participate in installation, maintenance, administration, user training and further development of Oracle Financial Analyzer
