-Responsible for PNG Operation and Maintenance activities to Cater PNG (Piped Natural Gas) to Domestic, Industrial and Commercial Customers from HPOIL Gas, Kolhapur GA. Also, Handling smooth PNG Project activities to Install and Commission MDPE/GI Pipelines for Domestic, Industrial and Commercial Customers along with Installation and Commissioning of the equipment in CGD Network.

-Preparing Annual operation and maintenance plan of the Daughter Booster/Online Compressor Packages, Engines, Dispensers, stationary/mobile Cascades, Air compressors, Odorant unit, Gas Generator, LT Panels, UPS/Batteries system, Earth Pits, Lux and Noise levels at CNG Stations. -Preparing Annual instrument calibration plan of PG, PT, TG, TT, RTD, SRV, GD, FD, LEL Detectors provided at CNG stations and CGS.

- Worked as a City Gate Station In charge intended to have each operation continuous and hassle free at the Station. - Using Roclink-800 Software of Emerson for Gas Composition data logging in Flow Computers installed at City Gate Station of Talegaon at Pune GA. - Handling and Monitoring Odorization unit and Daily monitoring the consumption of odorant and respectively planning for the Odorant filling activity. - Maintaining Availability of the Gas Engine Driven Compressor packages above 98%.

- Planning and Execution of Monthly Preventive Maintenance of Compressor, dispenser (In-house, AMC) and Cascade with the coordination of Contractors and technician team. - Planning and procuring the material for Top and Major overhauling of Engines installed as drive in compressor packages with respect to Running Hours. - Planning and execution of the Hydro-testing activity of the stationary and mobile cascades with the coordination of contractor and technician team.
