- Leading the implementation project on a line of production constituted of 10 stations; - Coordinated between the developing team in Hamburg and the web/app users via scrum tools; - Coaching operators on the use of MES which will help them do their task in a better way; - Coaching the first-line managers on the use of the MES software will enhance the visibility of the progressing work; - Reporting to the management levels on the daily use of the digital tool;
