Program Finance Director Customer Business Unit Renault Dacia (Automotive parts) (JIT Turnover € 434 M at 5 locations in Europe: France, Spain, Slovenia, Romania and Turkey). Reported to Finance Director Renault Dacia PSA with 5 direct reports. Full financial responsibility for all programs, plus shared profit responsibility for sales and material costs (80% of sales) and well as Development.

Finance Director Customer Business Unit Renault Dacia (JIT Turnover € 434 M in 5 locations). Reported to VP CBU Renault Dacia with 5 direct reports with total finance IT team of 20. Full financial responsibility including Balance Sheet, SOX responsibility throughout Europe over 5 JIT plants of which 2 were Joint Ventures (Slovenia: Turnover €80 M, headcount 120, Turkey: Turnover € 170 M, headcount 250).

Exhaust System Product Group Program Controller (annual turnover € 1,880 M with 30 sites worldwide). Reported to Finance Director Exhaust System PG with 6 direct reports. Including identical responsibilities as a Divisional Program Controller, other responsibilities were as follow: monitored “Squeeze” performance for all Programs via Selling Price, Purchasing and Productivity Plans follow-ups, monitored all Customer Tooling recoveries and R&D expenses. Active participation in Budgets & Strat Plans

Program Controller Frame Division (annual turnover € 1,400 M with 14 sites in Europe). Reported to Finance Director Frame Division with one direct report. Responsible for the cost effectiveness of Frame programs by participating in all Customer quotation, direct involvement in the entiren negotiation process and follow-up.

Industrial Controller Plastic Division (annual turnover € 706 M with 31 sites). Reported to Industrial Controller Europe. Responsible for the deployment of CCS standard costs process in that Division.

Reported to Finance Director Risdon- AMS with 2 direct reports. Train and supervise finance department team members in all aspects of regular monthly reporting.
