- Team Management and Development of internal and external Consultants, Business Analysts, Solution and Business Architects - Joint demand management for Group DWH, Enterprise DWH and Data Lake demands from all board areas - Ensuring efficient delivery of the team by establishing and constantly improving processes, standards and methodologies - Fostering effective communication to the Management and Stakeholders in Business and IT in regards to Group Data demands

- IT project management in data quality & data warehouse area

- Managing all Test Activities on medium and large national and international Software Projects related to different Areas of the Bank like Risk, Finance, Accounting or Controlling - Responsible for Head Office wide small and medium initiatives (Data Masking Initiative, Test Automation Framework Initiative) - Delivering whole Test Projects in Time and Budget in close Collaboration with IT and Business Departments

- Design Test Approaches based on Business Requirements - Test Coordination on a large Data Warehouse Project with 50+ FTE - Definition of an Agile Test Approach - Leading the Test Team (10+ FTE) - Defining the Test Automation Approach - Manage Test Environments and Test Data - Perform Defect Management and Reporting
